How does the ATS to HR handover work?
When you mark a candidate as hired in the ATS, Treegarden automatically creates their employee record in the HR module. Personal details, start date, role and department are all pre-populated from the hiring data. You do not need to re-enter anything.
Can employees access their own HR data?
Yes. The employee self-service portal gives employees direct access to their leave balance, payslips, personal information and performance review history. Managers have a separate view covering their direct reports. Role-based permissions control exactly what each user can see and edit.
