Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Experience working with or reporting to a board of directors in a governance and accountability capacity
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management, capital strategy, and experience with fundraising or M&A processes

- Proven ability to build and maintain a positive, high-performance organizational culture
