How to customize this product manager job description
1. Specify the product area
"Product Manager" is not a complete job description. Specify the domain: growth PM, platform PM, consumer PM, B2B PM, technical PM. Different archetypes require different skills and attract different candidate pools. The more specific you are, the better your candidate quality will be.
2. Define the discovery process
