About the Role
We are looking for a driven, coachable Sales Representative to join our revenue team. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, manage a territory of [geographic region / named accounts / SMB segment], and consistently achieve quota. This role reports to the [Sales Manager / VP of Sales] and offers a clear path to Senior Rep or Account Executive within 12–18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, and inbound marketing leads
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and align solutions to their needs
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored proposals to decision-makers
- Manage a pipeline of 40–60 active opportunities in [CRM: Salesforce / HubSpot / Pipedrive]
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms in accordance with company guidelines
- Close deals and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activity, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback and with customer success on handoffs
- Attend industry events and trade shows to generate net-new pipeline
- Continuously develop product knowledge and competitive positioning skills
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated quota attainment
- Experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting (email, phone, social)
- Ability to manage multiple deals at different stages simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and resilience to handle rejection
Nice to Have
