About the Role As a Facilities Manager, you will own the operational performance and physical condition of our facility portfolio — managing preventive and reactive maintenance, vendor contracts, health and safety compliance, capital projects, and workplace experience. You are organized, hands-on, and proactive — you identify issues before they become disruptions and manage vendors to high standards. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably across multiple facilities or location types. • Demonstrated experience managing facilities service vendors and maintenance contracts. • Working knowledge of OSHA, building codes, fire safety, and ADA compliance requirements. • Experience with CMMS platforms (IBM Maximo, ServiceNow Facilities, Archibus, or equivalent). • Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple capital projects simultaneously within budget and timeline. • Excellent communication skills; able to manage vendors, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership in parallel. • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; CFM certification preferred.
