Where is candidate data stored for UK customers?
UK customer data is stored in EEA regions by default on Starter and Growth plans, and can be stored in UK-only regions on the Scale plan and Enterprise plans. Treegarden does not transfer UK candidate data outside the UK or EEA. Data processing agreements (DPAs) are provided as standard at contract signature.
Do you offer UK-time support?
Yes. Live UK-time support is available 08:00–18:00 GMT, Monday to Friday, on all paid plans. Phone support is included from Growth upward. Scale and Enterprise plans include a named customer success contact and SLA-backed response times.
