Onboarded staff can be exported in ESR-import format. Direct ESR API integration is available on the Trust plan and above.
How does clinical registration verification work?
At offer stage, Treegarden performs an automated lookup against the relevant clinical register: NMC for nurses and midwives, GMC for doctors, GPhC for pharmacists, HCPC for allied health professionals, SWE for social workers. The check returns registration status, expiry, conditions and any fitness-to-practise restrictions. Active employees can be auto-re-checked monthly with email alerts on status changes.
Can the system handle Skilled Worker (Tier 2) visa workflows?
Yes. Treegarden's international hiring workflow includes Certificate of Sponsorship tracking, salary threshold validation against the appropriate Code of Practice rate (currently £29,000 general or job-specific going rate for healthcare roles), English-language test evidence capture (IELTS / OET), and the Right-to-Work documentation specific to share code holders.
What does the DBS workflow look like?
Treegarden initiates the DBS application directly inside the platform, tracks application status, receives the certificate result, and stores it with a full audit trail. The system supports Standard, Enhanced, and Enhanced+Barred List checks. For roles requiring DBS Update Service subscription, monthly status checks are automated. For safeguarding roles requiring 3-year refresh, the renewal workflow triggers automatically.
Is the system audit-ready for CQC inspections?
Yes.
